      Creek :

      It is a noun.

      It means a natural stream of water smaller than a river (and often a tributary of a river)

      Crick :

      As a noun, it means a painful muscle spasm, especially in the neck or back.

      Creek refers to a small running body of water. Crick refers to a pain in the neck in a lot of places.
