What is a digital microscope (1600X)?

Currently, there are some ads about the digital microscope, and some sellers are selling digital microscope on eBay and Amazon. They seem quite cheaper but handy. Are they really some microscope or a kind of magnifying glass?

These microscopes claim up to 1000x and some 1600x magnifications.

Can you see inside of the blood structure such as the nucleus or even white blood cells etc. through this microscope?

Can we see a virus or bacteria through the digital microscope with 1000x and 1700x magnifications?
