All wearable technologies, including smartwatches, gained huge popularity in a short time. It may be due to the advanced features and more easy access. There are various smartwatch manufacturers such as Garmin, Samsung, Sony, Fitbit, Huawei and Apple.
Major smartwatches to be launched in 2020
Apple Watch 5
Apple also manufactures smartwatches, and as compared to its mobile phones, Apple’s smartwatches are considered as currently one of the bestselling smartwatches. Its new upcoming smartwatch is known as Apple Watch 5, which will be, according to Apple, more advanced than the previous one.
Apple also has plans to launch watchOS 6, which seems to be the latest version of OS Watch. The previous watch had the features like ECG sensor, and e-SIM support, which will also be included in Watch 5. The Apple Watch 5 is expected to be launched in 2020.

The prototype design shows the structure of the new Microsoft Surface Watch is square with an aluminium body. According to various sources, the features of the watch will include Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, cloud, and big storage space. The Microsoft Surface Watch is expected to be launched in 2020.
